Are your pieces authentic?
Yes. Every piece is genuine and sold exactly as described, with box and papers where the listing says so. Any aftermarket work, such as a custom diamond setting or a polished case, is always stated on the listing. Before you buy, we're happy to send extra photos, serial details and paperwork.
What does "Price on request" mean?
Prices on sought-after models move with the market. Send an inquiry and we'll give you a current price for that exact piece, usually the same day.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship fully insured and tracked across the US and Europe. We confirm the delivery time for your address when you reserve. For European orders, we go over any import duties and taxes with you before you pay, so there are no surprises at the door.
How do I pay?
Once you've reserved a piece, we'll call you to agree on the price and go through the payment options, including financing. Nothing is charged through this website.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available on our pieces. Tick "I'm interested in financing" when you inquire, and we'll go through the options and terms with you on the call.
Can you find a piece that isn't listed?
